Postage Information

All our shipping is done through Australia Post e-Parcel Service. You will receive an email from Australia Post once your item is ready for despatch. You also have an option to receive tracking emails every time your package is scanned if you follow the instructions in the despatch email.

 

Please take note, we can not leave specific information for Australia Post as to where to leave your article. The eParcel system generates a default note to leave the parcel in a safe place if the Signature Required Option is not chosen.

 

Express Free Postage is offered on all vape kit purchases. Please note this applies to orders within Australia Only and is sent by Express Postage.

Tanks/Mods & Accessories sold seperately (not in a kit) will incure a postage fee. Fee will depend on the item purchased.

 

We WILL NOT be liable for packages that go missing. We will however assist you in recovering your item with Australia Post if we can.

 

Return to Sender packages incur a $10 charge from Australia Post. Should you provide an incorrect address, you will be liable to pay this $10 charge plus the re-shipment fee to ship your order out again. For this reason, please ensure your shipping address details are correct!

 

Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed. Although we manage to get most orders out the same day there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods.

Please note, once an item has been shipped and tracking number provided, we are no longer responsible for packages which may go missing or are damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery but we are in no way obligated to replace an order should Australia Post lose or fail to deliver your package.

 

Please note we are not responsible for any damage to items caused by Australia Post or our International carriers. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit but beyond that any damage caused is beyond our control.

Warranty Information

Vape Kits Australia aims to provide the highest quality products at all times. Electronic Cigarettes by nature are made up of consumables and replacing such consumables is part of the ongoing costs of using them. They are relatively cheap to run and keeping them well maintained will ensure the costs are even lower. 


We test all our products where possible before shipping them out to ensure you receive a fully working item upon delivery. 

Vape Kits Australia will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged through user error. We do this to ensure any items we send back to our suppliers are not knocked back for abuse.

Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Atomizers do not come with any warranty as they are considered consumable items. They are designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses.

Batteries and battery chargers have a warranty period of 14 days. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.


All other items within our store will have any guarantees listed in their product information. The Warranty period for a particular device will be listed on it's product page.

For all warranty claims, please use the Contact Us form below before returning your item.

We will require the faulty items to be sent back to us for inspection and testing. Return postage of faulty items is at the customer's expense. If a replacement is deemed to be necessary we will cover postage of the replacement item. If we find no fault with the item being returned the return postage will be at the customer's expense.
 
A refund can be sought for products purchased in error if they are returned in their original packaging.
